About Special Collections
The LRC's special collections houses archival materials which are rare, valuable, and of special significance to the collections and the Institute. Particular strengths of the collections are cookery materials, including menus, recipes, manuscripts, wine books, cookery magazines, and more. Special Collections also has responsibility for preservation of the Institute's history, including collecting and preserving the historical materials relating to the Institute, relevant industries and the community.
Access Information
Special Collections Resources can be requested by filling the request form at LRC loans desk. Researchers are welcome to browse our resources in the archive room by appointment.
